Online Ordering and Manual Payment

Online ordering is active through PerfectProtocols.net. Customers may add products to their Cart, complete Checkout, and submit an order through the website.

No payment is collected during Checkout. After an order is submitted, the customer will receive an automatic email confirming that the order has been received and is pending payment.

Perfect Protocols will review the submitted order and send a separate secure payment link to the billing email address provided during Checkout. Customers should confirm that the order number and total shown in the payment email match the order-confirmation information before submitting payment.

An order will remain pending and will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and confirmed by Perfect Protocols.

Order Confirmation

Submitting an order through PerfectProtocols.net creates a pending order request. The customer will receive an email containing the order number, products ordered, quantities, shipping information, and order total.

The initial order-confirmation email is not confirmation that payment has been received. A separate secure payment link will be sent after the order has been reviewed.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and should check their inbox, spam, and junk folders for order and payment communications.

Final-Sale Policy

All sales are final once payment has been received and confirmed. Perfect Protocols does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after payment has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law or when Perfect Protocols confirms that an incorrect item was shipped or that an order was damaged during fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product names, strengths, quantities, shipping information, and order totals before completing payment through the secure payment link.

Submitting an unpaid order does not constitute completed payment. An unpaid pending order may be reviewed, corrected, or canceled before payment is received.

Payment Confirmation

Orders are processed only after payment has been received and manually confirmed.

After payment confirmation, the order status will be updated and the customer will receive an email confirming that the order is being processed.

Perfect Protocols does not guarantee processing or shipment before payment has been confirmed.

Pricing

Prices listed on this website are current listed prices. Prices are subject to change. No price constitutes a binding offer until a purchase transaction is formally completed through payment confirmation.

Shipping Origin

All Perfect Protocols orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States.

Shipping Availability

Shipping is available only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Perfect Protocols does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Standard shipping is $10.00 per order when the merchandise subtotal is below $200.00. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping and applicable taxes.
